Load balancing problem

Hi all,

I want to solve a problem:

1. I've a lot of wireless 802.11b users with their laptop in a small
area (imagine 200 users in a room who wants wireless connectivity)
2. You want to have a maximum of 15 users per AP, so as to provide a
relative good quality service.
3. It's a Load Balancing problem (you want to equalise the bandwidth the
users are requesting in function of the quality of the signal they
receive from the AP).
4. Are there any people in this ML who wants to develop a load balancing
soft for HostAP?
