My dead test card has been resurrected. :-) That was easy; big thanks
to Raffaele for providing information on how to do this with DOS flash
tool.

Indeed, COR sreset was enough. I just fixed the download code to first
set hw_downloading to zero before trying to configure card. This will
make prism2_srec report "OK" and not "Download failed" after flash
upgrade. In addition, I added a warning about the duration of the flash
operation and suggestion of not to remove card during it.. These should
make the first time someone updates STA firmware in flash with
prism2_srec a bit less scary experience ;-).
