Fixed: Hostap box don't ping to another box with w98

Sometimes the most evident thing is the most ignored. The W98 has a 
firewall blocking the pings. Shutdown the firewall and the pings 
arrived. 

The other problem is without fix, at the moment, if it botter me, i 
must put in the booting scripts. It is really extrange, in other 
computer running linex (a spanish, debian based distribution) it not 
occurs, it has we v13. ?could be?
