with 1 & 11 i noticed the same behaviour (client rate 2Mbit and many
packet loss) ...same with client rate of 1Mbit.

P.S. it seems impossible to change the bitrate on the ap side (forcing
it to a lower bitrate 5.5,2,1) ...why ?
