Hi All,
I apologize for this long mail, but I thought it is worth bringing this
issue here!

I am using hostap-2002-10-12 (i.e. latest version) for both Client and
AP.
The setup that I use is HostAP(AP)-to-HostAP(Client). Association FAILS in
this setup.
HostAP client goes on scanning for access points in its radio range forever!

Details of the pcmcia cards and tools used in this setup

=> output of the cmd "iwconfig wlan0" on the client side is

Can anyone please throw light why this happens ?

Does the hostap release version 2002-10-12 have any dependencies ?

Thanks in advance,
