Yes, I'm seeing this too.

I don't know how to ask that, but hopefully someone here does.

This, suitably anonymised, was the final reply from the BBC:

Dear [...]

Thank you for contacting the BBC.

Firstly, we apologise for the delay in replying.

We were sorry to read you reported issues with the BBC scheduling
information last month.

If you are on this page:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/schedules/p00fzl6n/2024/07/10, you can
individually click on the BBC One HD nation/region you are in, in this
case Scotland HD, where you can see the schedule for BBC One Scotland HD
for that day, for example:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/schedules/p013blmc/2024/07/10

You can also see BBC schedules here:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/guide

Hopefully the schedules are working for you now.

That said, your concerns were noted.

Please be assured that your concerns were sent to senior staff at the
BBC and senior management via our daily report at the time.

Thanks again for taking the time to get in touch, and apologies again
for the delay in getting back to you.

This is our response at Stage 1a of the BBC’s complaints process. If
you’re dissatisfied with this reply, a follow-up complaint may be
considered at Stage 1b. You must submit a follow-up within 20 working
days through the BBC Complaints webform. If you do decide to contact us
again, please include your case number, and explain why you feel your
complaint has not been addressed. We will then review your complaint.

Kind Regards,
[...]
