get_iplayer Remux: Programme "already in history" error

If you've still got the original file you probably just want to run just 
the ffmpeg command to convert it. If you don't then the --force may well 
be the only option.

You may need to use get_iplayer --info ... to establish what the <dir>, 
<filename> and <fileprefix> are in your case.
