Why mp4 or mp4.ts from identical installation?

I have downloaded 2 programmes (Art of France and SAS:Rogue Warriors) and
each have just a single file with the normal .mp4 extension. 

Using the WebPVR on V2.98 with Windows Home Server 2011 and standard
defaults (i.e tv25fps)
