Quacks - iPlayer release before broadcast

Actually, I pulled Quacks a couple of days back using --pid-recursive 
successfully, except for Ep. 2 which stubbornly refused to download. 
After I updated GiP I tried it again with --pid & was told to use --future. 
That worked.
I offer no explanation but the combo of --refresh-future & --future seems to 
hack it.
