HLS modes being missed by GiP

HLS modes aren't showing in GiP for an episode of the London News from today but a manual look at the mediaselector pages shows that it does exist. (PID: b08mhcdq VPID: b08mhcdh)

--verbose output in GiP shows "WARNING: No HLS playlist returned" and quotes the HTTPS version of the playlist although looking at the output the HTTP one seems to go through ok so I would have thought something should be available from HLS. Trying either the HTTP or the HTTPS address manually downloads the playlist so it IS available.

Can anyone work out what's going on here? Other origrammes like The One Show also show the "No HLS playlist returned" but do still have HLS options available.
