If you're running the development branch of get_iplayer, DASH should
already be the default.  If you've configured some other mode to be the
default, you can try:

get_iplayer --pid=b0785bg8 --type=radio --radiomode=dashhigh1

If you're not running the development version of get_iplayer, DASH won't
be available, and there won't be any way to get the program at 320K.
