v2.95 LiveTV mode is hvfhd

Hi all,

v2.95 is working well, but the default LiveTV mode is now hvfhd for HD
streams, unlike in 2.94 where it was hlshd. hvfhd downloads at twice
the bandwidth (50fps stream) compared to the old mode, however there
is negligible quality improvement in general. I have tested with v2.94
and the old mode still works, however it's not exposed with the new
version. Would it be possible to add hls modes back in for LiveTV?
