Only 96kbps in UK

 BBC World Service does NOT impose geo-filtering; 
you get the same stream globally!
And they still stream only via RTMP or AppleHLS 
(no AdobeHDS, nor MPEG-DASH). 

 Some months ago, both the "Listen Live" & 
"On-Demand" WS streams were only @64kbps HE-AACv1, 
but they got, in autumn last year, the "Audio Factory"
treatment and are now both available at two qualities, 
96 & 48 kbps HE-AACv1!
