--pid=b00cmh3v --pid-recursive.
specify --tvmode=hvfvhigh2

(In my check, hvfvhigh2 CDN was 
faster than hvfvhigh1 - YMMV)

These are 5:30+ long programmes, 
so beware of huge file sizes.
