Audio/Video Out of Sync

The missing segments are a BBC problem. They are producing duff HLS files. The Audio Sync problems though are caused by ffmpeg remuxing the download. Using --raw should stop this but as there are segments missing, you might find a few seconds missing in these places.

You can still use the old flash modes or the hvf modes.
