 Would it not work even for radio files?
Audio content from the Beeb is available 
internationally (albeit at reduced bitrates).

 I guess Dutch IPs are very popular with 
Seedboxes because of the relaxed 
file-sharing policies that are (still?) 
in force in Holland!
