Solution is simple: create a new shortcut and put it wherever you want.

Target %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe

Start In C:\P\get_iplayer  **

** directory where GiP is installed

Why? imho easier and quicker to click Start, Run then <type> cmd <Hit Enter
