So, if it's a version from the Akamai CDN
streamed over the RTMP protocol,
there's a "flashaac" radiomode GiP can fetch!

perl get_iplayer-291.pl --type=radio --pid=p02j6j0x --modes=flashaac --force

does download fine a "flashaacstd" mode:
