Overseas Radio Download Only FlashAACLow1/2 Offered

They get the information from your IP address. When overseas the 
available bitrates are reduced as you will have noticed.

Your only way is to trick the system at the other end into thinking 
you're in the UK - VPNs are the answer, something I use myself. They 
also work when you're in the UK and want to get round geo-blocking for 
things like specific torrents, in that case you set the VPN to use a 
server overseas.

There's a wide choice available, some free, some paid for. Free ones are 
a bit of a pain, the one I use costs £7 a month. I guess VPNs are 
off-topic, PM me if you wish.
