it should be noted that the programmes Roy Noble and Beverley's World of Music
both are short after downloading. Comparing the quality of 09/11/2014
programmes and 16/11/2014 programmes, the 09/11/2014 programmes are
much better.

this makes perfect sense given that the 16/11/2014 programmes are
64kbps and before 16/11/2014 the same programmes were 128kbps.

I have never listened online to either programme so can not state
whether the online quality has changed.
