<cough> Me to. Read it in an email list or newsgroup the default reply should be back to the list/group otherwise threads dive off into private email. The use of Reply All means that the sender has to edit the recipient's or the recipient annoyingly gets the posting twice.

Probably in the best part of a couple of dozen lists, all but two or three set the Reply To: back to the list.
