Copy the text from the link dinky gave

open notepad, paste, save as get_iplayer.pl.new to
your program files location\get_iplayer
eg C:\Program Files\get_iplayer

rename get_iplayer.pl to get_iplayer.pl.old

rename get_iplayer.pl.new to get_iplayer.pl
