[ANN] get_iplayer 2.83 released

Hi, i just installed v2.83, i haven't downloaded anything for a while
with get_iplayer, i just tried to download this andy murray 720p show:

Last time i used mediainfo a few months ago 720p used around 3200kbps now it is only 2345kbps, the ref frames
seemed to have increased from about 2/3 to 6 which is a nice improvement but that won't allow you to reduce the bitrate
to this extent.
Is there a different video type other than Flashhd1 that gives a higher bitrate?
