That one is on me.  I think I neglected to add --refresh-future when I 
gave the changes a smoke test.  Thanks to Vangelis for getting on it so 
quickly.

The worldservice/... redirect is the only one I see, and I've committed 
a change to iron that one out as well.  I've run a script over all the 
updated URLs and all return a 200 status code - no redirects. Hopefully 
that means we now have the final list.  I think my to-do list will get 
another item - put all the programme and schedule feeds in external files.
