Live radio stream problems/queries

And so it does.  Good to know.  I never really paid attention, but now I 
see that I have some larger-than-expected audio files.  Time to get some 
better headphones, I think.

get_iplayer is confused because the 320k download streams appear to be 
identified as 128k (and the 128k stream has gone walkabout) in the BBC 
metadata and are classified as "flashaacstd".  The live streams are 
identified differently, so the 320k live stream is classified as 
"flashaachigh".  This also means that "modesizes" values for flashaacstd 
are wrong for these Radio 3 downloads.
