Correction for Step 5 above:
BBC HD recordings are often 1270 x 720 resolution. 832 x 468 is the nest 
step down and is the best of SD resolutions. Not everything is available 
in these higher resolutions so expect sometimes to get a lower 
resolution download.

You can see what resolution you are currently recording a programme at 
when the "Running PVR" tab is up under "INFO: width" and "INFO: height".

To see what mode programmes got recorded in once they are already in 
your "Recordings" tab, ensure you have the "Mode" column activated which 
can be turned on or off under the "Columns" tab of the main setting area.

"flashhd1" is highest I believe (1270 x 720) and "flashhigh1" is 832 x 
468, although I think there can be slight variations to this, I'm not sure.
