iPlayer not working this morning?

I hate to post this kind of message, but can any kind soul out there 
confirm whether the TV part of the BBC iPlayer is working for them today?

Yesterday it worked fine for me (around 11pm, actually). Today I'm 
getting the "you must be in the UK to watch this" message. This is for a 
number of different web browsers and our Wii. I'm on a static IP address 
which hasn't changed. Hence the enquiry.
