Missed recording due to series name change

I had PVR details set up to record episodes of Holby City and included
the series number as part of the program name (defined using the Web PVR
Manager under Windows) . I have just realised that the current episodes
are in series 14 rather than 13 and so have missed recording episodes 1
& 2 (from 18/10 and 25/10). They are no longer listed in the index but
is there any way I can still download them from somewhere?
