Not sure that this is the solution to the problem but it worked for me. (I 
reported the problem under this heading: "Error message just appeared".)

Delete the 'offending' programme from the list of programmes to be 
downloaded and reinstate it 24 hours later and after downloading something 
else..

(I think that is all I did the last time I had the problem - in January: 
"Error message".)
