If you've an HD version, have you upgrade the firmware recently?

Mine has a 'also in HD' option for the latest Dr. Brain Cox love fest 
programmes.

Also there was a problem playing certain formats that were sampled at 
44hz & over. Not 100% about the exact details, but it was something like 
that.
