All TV downloads failing at about 240s

Radio ok, but tv gives up with similar faults to yours.
I am using Windows XP, and pvr manager.
Downloading TV has been estremely iffy for weeks now.
I have reinctalled umpteen times and am using rtmpdump 2.3.
I despair of ever getting it all working properly again, and I am on the 
cusp of giving up with iit entirely.

Pls excuse typos, I am nearly blind.
