1. Update get_iplayer

2. Add --aactomp3 to your get_iplayer command line or "aactomp3 1" to 
your options file.

This will create MP3 files *instead of* M4A files from flashaac mode 
downloads.  Also, flashaudio mode is still necessary for many programmes 
from BBC local and regional radio stations, so it won't hurt leave it in 
your mode list.
