Converting files for iTunes

I use MP4Box for converting the files from aac to m4a... The reason
why iTunes won't play those files is because they are packages as ADTS
(Audio Data Transport Stream) while iTunes likes Low Complexity AAC
files... I think MP4Box is Windows only but maybe you can run it
through wine because it's really worth it. Here's the command:

MP4Box -add input.aac:mpeg4 output.m4a

This is the way I get all my BBC ripped audio files ready for my iPhone... :)
