I just tried the same episode and its downloading fine.

I'm using O2 Home Broadband (but am using OpenDNS instead of O2s DNS
servers in case that has any affect on this) and Windows 7 x64

I was using RTMPDump v2.2d - the file downloads fine

I updated to RTMPDump v2.3 and tried again - downloads fine

I know this doesn't specifically help, but it shows that...
