PS3 get_iplayer conversion

Yeah, this is what makes me wonder.  Is it actually a bug in ffmpeg,
in which case we should get it characterised and then fixed, or is it
a quirk of what the beeb are doing, in which case (assuming we can't
get the beeb to fix it) we would ahve to work around it in
get_iplayer.  I don't want to "fix" stuff in get_iplayer if there's a
better long-term fix elsewhere.
