geoff reported back off-list (see message at head of thread re: email
problems) that this was indeed the problem. So - if you've used the
windows installer and find that your M4A files don't have any tags,
follow the advice above and ensure that C:\Program
Files\get_iplayer\atomicparsley\AtomicParsley.exe has been installed.
If not, download from Sourceforge and copy it into place yourself.
