Bug Report: --whitespace and colons

I'm running get_iplayer v2.78 on WinXP.
When downloading a programme that has a colon in the name while using
--whitespace, the download will fail. I'm seeing this on Natural World
(this is the only programme I've seen with a colon in the name).
get_iplayer shows this as "INFO: File name prefix = Natural World -
2010-2011: 5. Africa's Dragon Mountain b00tn4kk default".
When using --whitespace, get_iplayer will show "INFO: File name prefix =
Natural World - 2010-2011: 5. Africa's Dragon Mountain b00tn4kk default"
and start to download the file. In Windows Explorer, though, the file
shows as "Natural World - 2010-2011" (everything up to the colon) with a
file size of 0KB.
When not using --whitespace, the file will download correctly, showing
as
"Natural_World_-_2010-2011_5._Africas_Dragon_Mountain_b00tn4kk_default.mp4"
in Windows Explorer, with no colon. It seems that using --whitespace
causes get_iplayer to fail to write the file name correctly, as file
names on Windows cannot contain the : character.
