ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header

Over the past fortnight I've suddenly started getting this error for all 
flash modes. I've had a look through this months archives and not had 
any joy finding a fix.

I've updated to the latest git version and still receive the errors below...
