Problem with ffmpeg or the source?

OK, so it's definitely a problem with recent ffmpeg builds

I re-downloaded Simply Suppers ep 6 twice more, using the original
r25557 and latest r26041 versions of ffmpeg then compared both to my
original download from 8th Dec.

Using r25557 I get a binary identical file to the original

Using r26041 there are 3 bytes different, at the end of the file which
I assume is the container

It looks like I didn't switch ffmpeg till 9th Dec according to the
timestamp on the r25557 ffmpeg folder, not on the 6th as I had
previously thought.

I will revert to using r25557 for now but am still unsure about the
"brainfart" warning it reports
