Problem with ffmpeg or the source?

I've just checked through my archive and I have 2 other HD files since
switching to the new ffmpeg - The Trip ep 6 and Simple Suppers ep 6 -
and they are fine so it _may_ be something has changed with the HD
encoding at the Beeb.

I am going to try getting them again (if they are still there) with
the new version of ffmpeg and see what happens.
