[PATCH 6/8] ARM: tqma6ul: enable enet_ref_125m clk

The TQMa6ul needs the enet_ref_125m clk as phy clock. This is currently
not enabled, so ethernet on fec2 is not working. As there's no good
place to enable it currently do this in the board code.
