[PATCH RESEND] fixup! gpio: generic: sync with upstream Linux gpio-mmio driver

Commit inadvertently brcm,bcm6345-gpio, wd,mbl-gpio, and ni,169445-nand-gpio,
because "dat" was now requested twice. Fix this up.
Tested on Erizo.
