[PATCH] ARM: initial ConnectCore® i.MX51 board support

This patch adds support for ConnectCore® i.MX51 board from Digi International.
A separate option includes support for debugging board for this module.
Some code taken from the bootloader u-boot.
Working with Ethernet not tested yet.
