[PATCH] Addd the Samsung S3C6410 SoC to Barebox

This patch series tries to add support for the Samsung's S3C6410 ARMv11 SoC
and with this main support also two popular platforms which are using this
SoC: FriendlyARM's Mini6410 and Tiny6410.
