ath.git master branch rebased to 4.4-rc1-wl-ath

Hi,

I rebased the master branch to 4.4.0-rc1-wl-ath (which is
wireless-testing plus latest ath.git patches). Be careful when updating
your local trees, remember that 'git pull' is not enough and you need to
use 'git reset' or something similar.
