ALPSS conference update

A few important updates for all ALPSS attendees:

  - as some of you might have noticed Innsbruck Airport is currently
    closed due to runway resurfacing.  If you need to fly in your best
    choices are the airports in Munich, Zurich, Vienna and Frankfurt
    in about that order and then use ground transportation to Tyrol.
    Feel free to ask the PC any ground transportation questions.
  - due to the COVID pandemic that Lizumerhuette does not offer blanket
    with the beds, so please bring a warmer sleeping bag instead of the
    thin one traditionally used on huts.
  - due to the overall smaller conference we do not plan to hire a
    coach for the transfer from Innsbruck to the base of the hike.
    Instead we plan to share a bunch of cars and hire a taxi bus if
    needed.  Please let the PC know if you need a ride or can give
    a ride.  Also let us know if you want to meet up in Innsbruck for
    a pre-conference lunch.
