usbatm bind : need_heavy_init and flags merge

could you give us the status of the iso support in usbatm library ?
ueagle will be in vanilla 2.6.15, but only with bulk support. So there 
would be big performance issue for users with fast line.

Do you plan to merge it in 2.6.15 ?

Could you finaly add a quirk patch for eagle, it may not the optimal 
solution, but at least it works and don't add regression for others modems.
