Because nobody has yet seen a modem with iso out endpoint, I think.  And
probably one of the reasons for this is that in ADSL (asymmetric DSL)
the upstream rate is limited to 1.5 Mbps, so that using iso is even less
justified than for rx.

Technically, support for iso transfers on tx would require
modificiations to usbatm_tx_process, which is going to be less trivial
than that for usbatm_rx_process.
