I just released a new version 2.3.0 of pcsc-lite.

- SCardGetStatusChange(): add the number of reader events
- Add Appstream metainfo announcing HW support
- meson: specify minimum meson version to use
- fix formats under musl libc
- Send libpcsclite.so logs to stderr instead of stdout
