[Pcsclite-muscle] SSL protocol error in Chrome, but not Firefox, since new CAC card

Hello,

I have a DoD CAC card/smart card.  Since getting the new one, I can use
a certain webmail site on Firefox, but not Chrome.

In Chrome, it says:


This site can’t provide a secure connectionwebmail.foo.bar.mil sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
